The RAWards Club

The RAWards Club program enables you to earn points through various actions on the site. Points are awarded for activities such as making purchases, signing up, subscribing to the newsletter, submitting reviews, and referring friends.

Benefits of The RAWards Club for Registered Customers

  Once you register, you can earn and accumulate RAWards points that are redeemable toward the cost of your order at the time of purchase. These rewards enhance your shopping experience on the site and serve as a token of our appreciation for your loyalty.

Guidelines for Earning Points

Registered customers can currently earn RAWards points for the following actions:

• With every purchase, you earn points based on the product prices and your tier; please note that points are not earned on shipping charges. These points are added to your RAWards Points balance. Note: The rates mentioned below may be subject to change during an ongoing promotion



• 200 points: Registering on the site.
• 100 points: Subscribing to a newsletter for the first time.
• 100 points: Converting Invitations to Customer — Earn points for every invitation you send out which leads to your friends registering on the site. You can earn up to a maximum of 300 points.
• 100 points: Converting Invitations to Order — Earn points for every invitation you send out which leads to a sale. You can earn up to a maximum of 500 points
• 100 points: Review Submission — Earn points for submitting product reviews (after approval by our admin). You can earn up to a maximum of 300 points
• 100 points: Earn 100 points on your birthday

The exchange rate for RAWards Points

The value of RAWards Points is determined by an exchange rate that converts dollars spent on products into points, as well as an exchange rate that translates points earned into dollars for future purchases.

Current exchange rates:

100 RAWards points = $1 (Receive a $1 discount for every 100 points earned, with a minimum claim of 1,000 points. Please note that points cannot be used to cover shipping charges.)

NOTE: Your points will expire two years after they earned. We will notify you via email 30 days prior to the expiration of your points.

Managing your RAWards Points

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account, you can view your total points, the minimum required to redeem, and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed, and lost. It also displays your referrals and expiration notifications.

Redeeming your RAWards Points

You can redeem your RAWards points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points, you will have the option to use them as a payment method. Your balance will be displayed in the Payment Method section of the checkout. You can choose how many points to redeem, with a minimum redemption of 1,000 points, which is equivalent to $10 off. Redeemable RAWards points can be combined with other payment methods, such as credit cards and gift cards.

Please note that points cannot be applied to shipping charges.
