To use:

ATLANTIS Moisturising B5 Shampoo: Apply to wet hair from root to tip, concentrating on the scalp. Work into a lather then rinse well. For best results, shampoo hair twice. 

ATLANTIS Moisturing B5 Conditioner: After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from hair and apply a generous amount concentrating on mid-length to ends. Indulge for at least 1 minute then rinse. 

TEACUP Anti-Pollution Detox: After shampoo and conditioner, apply directly onto scalp and squeeze through hair. Leave on for 1-3 minutes. Rinse. Use once a week or as needed.
