We offer free postage on all our items Over $75. Otherwise, shipping fee is applied.
Regular Post takes 1 to 7 days to be delivered.
Express Post takes 1 to 3 business days to be delivered.

We will contact Australia Post and open an investigation. After that, we will send a replacement providing the 'Tracking and Signature' or 'Express Post' postage option has been chosen.
We are unable to offer any refunds or replacements if no 'Tracking and Signature' or 'Express Post' option had been chosen when ordering.

From time to time Australia post will hold your parcel for you at your local post office. To track your parcel within Australia you can visit www.auspost.com.au/track/ and quote the consignment number you received in your dispatch email.

If you need to have another branded electrical item repaired, whilst is covered by its 12 or 24 month warranty period, we will handle everything for you. All you need to do is contact us to obtain a product warranty return form, and post this and your product back to us. Whilst Sydney Salon Supplies will cover all costs involved between the manufacturer, you will be required to cover the expense for getting the item back to us.
